HR Cigars By Hirochi Robaina; the grandson of late Don Alejandro Robaina, the world-renowned Cuban Tobacco grower whose family has grown some of the world's finest tobaccos on their Pinar Del Rio farm since 1800’s. The legacy continues with Hirochi who has taken over the reins of the Robaina farm. After spending sometime on their farm back in 2009 we saw first-hand the skill, knowledge and understanding of tobacco that both Don Alejandro and Hirochi possess.
The HR Cigars brand was created from collaboration between Hirochi Robaina and White Hat Cigars. The blend is bold, rich, a full-bodied cigar that delivers notes of dark chocolate, espresso, with good amount of black pepper, while being both smooth and creamy too with a long finish. Only the finest tobaccos are used in this blend, the HR cigar is comprised of a beautiful dark and oily Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, with an all-Nicaraguan core of hand-selected tobaccos. If you like full-bodied cigars that are perfectly blended then you must give the HR Cigars By Hirochi Robaina a try, you won’t be disappointed.
As one might expect, it uses a habano wrapper, more specifically Ecuadorian habano 2000 over a binder from Jalapa, Nicaragua and other Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. (halfwheel)
