If you were a fan of the Warped Black Honey when it last appeared five years ago, the limited-edition cigar is coming back this year. Made at the El Titan de Bronze factory in Miami’s Little Havana, Black Honey will be on display at the upcoming PCA trade show and is heading to retailers this fall. According to brand owner Kyle Gellis, it won’t be available again for at least another six years.

At 5 inches long by 48 ring gauge, Black Honey is a belicoso that consists of a dark, oscuro wrapper from Ecuador, two Ecuadoran binders and filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Gellis says the cigar is the combination of two existing blends.

“Black Honey is the interior blend of the La Colmena Unico Especial with the wrapper of El Oso Papa,” he says. Both those cigars are made in Miami as well.

When Black Honey was first released in 2015, it was sent to only 13 retailers. In 2017, it came back for another limited run. This year, Black Honey is being offered to all Warped retailers where it will have a suggested retail price of $22 per cigar or $220 per box of 10.
